Our front facing harbor and bay view rooms share an expansive porch with designated seating areas and porch swings for each room. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. All rooms have flat screen TV's, bath robes, hair dryers, beach towels, and locally made bath and skincare products. Nespresso coffee, tea, filtered water and ice, a community refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board are available in the Hospitality Room.

Room 1 is serene and comfortable with seating on the large balcony overlooking the Cape Charles Harbor and a California king bed. Private Bath

Room 2 is the middle of the three harbor view rooms. Details like the original wood floors can be found here and in all of the rooms. Room 2 is a California king room. Private Bath

Room 3 is the corner room closest to the Chesapeake Bay. We love this room for it's cozy feel and balcony views. Perfect for sunset viewing. Room 3 is a queen room. Private Bath
Our rear patio facing rooms share their own covered porch. Enjoy being shaded by the canopy of a 100 year old pecan tree while you relax. There are designated seating areas for each room. Room 4 feels the largest. It has one king bed and access to a shady balcony with partial Bay views from the shared porch. Private Bath

Room 5 has one queen bed and access to shady balcony seating under a 100 year old pecan tree. This is an ADA compliant room accessible via elevator. It has our largest bathroom featuring a roll in shower with bench and grab bars.
