Rooms and Pricing

Front Facing Harbor View Rooms

Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are our front facing harbor and bay view rooms. Each Room is thoughtfully furnished and shares an expansive porch with designated seating areas and porch swings for each room, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. Rooms come with flat screen TV's, bath robes, beach towels and locally made bath and skincare products.

Room 1

Room 1 is a light filled, serene and comfortable retro-chic room with seating on the large balcony overlooking the Cape Charles Harbor and a California King bed.

Room 2

Room 2 is the middle of the three harbor view rooms. Details like the original wood floors can be found here and in all of the rooms. Room 2 is a California King Room.

Room 3

Room 3 is the corner room closest to the Chesapeake Bay. We love this room for it's cozy feel and balcony views. Perfect for sunset viewing. Room 3 is a Queen Room.

Garden View Rooms

Rooms 4 and 5 are our Garden facing rooms and have a partial bay view from the shared covered porch. There are designated seating areas on the shared porch for each room. Rooms come with flat screen TV's bath robes, beach towels and locally made bath and skincare products. Room 5 is our ADA Accessible room and has a zero entry shower with bench and grab bars should you require them.

Room 4

Room 4 is a King Room with Garden and Bay views from the shared porch. Beautiful and light filled with shade protection from our backyard pecan tree.

Room 5

Room 5 is a Queen Room with Garden and Bay views from the shared porch. Room 5 is our ADA Room and accessible via elevator as are all of our rooms.
